Program Overview

The St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship by investment was designed in 1984 making it the oldest citizenship by investment program in the CBI industry. The program was designed to attract foreign investment and help build the country’s infrastructure and also support the citizens of the of the 2 islands. The St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship unit allows investors to apply for a second citizenship under two investment schemes and grants citizenship within approximately 3-6 months with no requirements to relocate.

Investment Options

To obtain the citizenship in St. Kitts & Nevis, you can take one of two paths; a government donation, starting from $150,000, or investment in government-approved real estate.

Option 1: Non-refundable Donation to the government Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)

⦁ A contribution made to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)

⦁ The donation may vary based on the number of dependents in the application of the main applicant

Option 2: Investment in an approved real estate

This involves investing in a government-approved real estate asset class such as hotel shares, fractional ownership, land, or freehold property with title deed. Once the citizenship is approved, the investment fees and the government fees can then be paid.

There are two options based on the holding period of the investment.

⦁ A minimum investment of $400,000 with a holding period of 5 years

⦁ A minimum investment of $200,000 with a holding period of 7 years
